The Notre-Dame was built between 1827 and 1866 by Father Haffreingue on the ruins of the old cathedral, destroyed soon after the Revolution. This colossal dome together culminating to 101 m in height was inspired by Saint Paul’s in London, St. Peter’s in Rome, the Pantheon and the Invalides! … In the interior, the main altar of the Torlonia princes, chief of Italian mosaic work of the nineteenth century.

From 01/09 to 31/03 from 10am to 12pm and from 14h to 17h. Closed on Sunday afternoon and Monday all day.
From 01/04 to 31/08 from 10am to 12pm and 14pm to 18pm every day outside the masses.
